Favorite NPC

Has anyone noticed that NPC's get absolutely no love around here? Well, I think that they should, and to start off, I would like to say my favorite NPC is Toad. I mean Todd of course. You gotta love those pathetic excuses. I mean really, a GREEN tuna fish sandwich?
