Tipper is a character in Fossil Fighters. She is inside the Fossil Stadium. She gives you a tutorial on battling and can tell the player about every aspect of battling once he becomes a Fossil Fighter. In her tutorial she uses an S-Raptor.
She will not talk about Team Skills at all until after the player reads the Book on Team Skills in the Pirate Ship.
