Nate (マーク Mark) is one of the first Paleo Pals you encounter in Fossil Fighters: Frontier. He is a Warden.
He has an adventurous, friendly, and determined attitude, although can be a little cocky at times (Ex. when he taunted Nibbles and he bit his butt.) His description in the game is "A dopey kid who gets bit in the can a lot."
To become his Super Paleo Pal, you talk to him in front of Asia HQ after you complete the main story.

Nate is first met with the other candidates during the Warden Test and is the last one to arrive at Stryker's office.
In the post game Nate can be found outside HQ. When spoken too he reveals he has a sister named Maggie who is sick and about to under a major operation. When Nate last spoke to her, she was depressed so he told her he would win the next fossil battle tournament and dedicate his win to her. However, he isn't sure he can win the tournament on his own so he asks the Player to help him. When the Player accepts, Penny comes in and is talked into joining the team. After the Player's team wins they are interviewed and Nate dedicates his win to his sister. Nate continues about how nervous he was without knowing the camera is still rolling. Later Nate is embarrassed about spilling his nerves on TV but is glad his win did cheer Maggie up. He thanks the Player and Penny for helping him and becomes a Super Paleo Pal.
